Delivery time
You will typically receive your order in about a week via our standard shipping service. We do not currently offer any alternate expedited shipping methods.

Shipping charge
At present we ship within the 50 US States only. Shipping charges are shown prominently throughout our site, and are a flat $4 for orders up to $50 goods value and no charge above $50 goods value. There are no extra charges for shipping to the states of Alaska or Hawaii, or any hidden handling fees.

Tax
Sales tax is applied during checkout for orders to be delivered within the State of California.

Order status
We will e-mail you when your order ships, and you may also check the current status of your order at any time by visiting our Order Status page. Once your order has shipped we will provide you tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Inventory
We offer a very wide selection of styles, colors and sizes so inevitably we sometimes find that an item is out of stock in the size or color ordered. If that is the case then we will contact you within 24 hours to offer either an alternative style or a full refund.

Payment by credit card
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and bank transfer. Choosing the Checkout button In the shopping cart will lead you through our regular secure checkout. You may also checkout using PayPal Express which takes you off our site and though to the PayPal site where you can complete your payment using your account.

Returns
We carefully inspect your shirt before we ship it to you, and we are confident you will be satisfied. If your shirt proves to be defective you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Note that we will not refund if the item has been worn or washed, and we cannot refund shipping charges. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.

Site Security
When you submit your credit card details through this site your information is protected by the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, confirmed by the appearance of the padlock icon in the lower right corner of your browser, and the change of the beginning of our web address to https://. This process enables up to 256-bit encryption as your confidential details travel to our credit card merchant processors, and ensures that information and transactions cannot be intercepted or altered. Once we have securely transmitted that information to our card processors, it is discarded by us and never stored in our system. If you choose the PayPal Express payment option you will be transferred to PayPal's secure site and returned to Express Shirt when your transaction is complete.
Whichever method you choose we have made it safe as it can be with our state of the art technology.

Technical issues
If you get a pop up warning about cookies and/or javascript being disabled in your browser when using this site you may not be able to complete your order.

Monogramming and logo embroidery
We do have a complete in-house embroidery design and production capability which can apply your logo or monogram to your shirts. This service is not something that is available from this site at present, however if you contact our customer care staff they will be pleased to offer assistance.
